Norwich City will sell Todd Cantwell this summer, amid reported interest from Aston Villa, according to The Athletic.

The Athletic has reported this morning that Norwich will sell Cantwell in the summer transfer window if a suitable bid arrives.

The Daily Mail reported in April that Villa are considering making a move for the youngster as a potential replacement for Jack Grealish.

Grealish is on the radar of Manchester City, according to the report.

Cantwell has been at Norwich his entire professional club football career so far and is a very good attacking midfielder.

The 23-year-old made 30 starts and three substitute appearances in the Championship this season.

The youngster scored six goals and provided six assists.

In 2019-20, Cantwell scored six goals and gave two assists in the Premier League.

Grealish is one of the best attacking midfielders in the Premier League.

It would be a blow for Villa if they have to sell the England international.

However, Cantwell is only 23, and the Norwich star can only get better and improve in the coming years.

The Norwich star has played mainly on the left side of midfield this season, but he can operate on the right and in a central attacking midfield role as well.
