Said Benrahma may be hoping that Arsenal come in for him this summer, as a move to Crystal Palace edges closer, 90 Minutes report.

Palace are pushing ahead in the race to sign the Brentford winger, but he reportedly has some doubts about a move to Selhurst Park.

Benrahma is happy to wait to see what other offers come up, and he apparently may be hoping that Arsenal come in to try and sign him.

Palace’s offer currently means that they will take Benrahma on loan, before buying him at the end of the season.

Whether Brentford would agree to such a deal remains to be seen, and it appears that Palace have some work to do before they get a deal done, even though The Sun have said that he is ‘set’ to make the move.

Whether Arsenal will rival Palace for Benrahma now remains to be seen.

The skilful winger was one of the stars of the Championship, but he still is yet to prove himself at the top level.
