Manchester City are ready to bid £54 million for reported Tottenham Hotspur target Achraf Hakimi, according to Cadena Sar.
90 Minutes claim that Tottenham have made an enquiry for Hakimi ahead of the summer transfer window, with the Real Madrid right-back potentially available.
However, it seems that City are the more likely buyers of Hakimi than Tottenham.
City are now apparently ready to meet Madrid’s asking price for the rapid right-back, in what could be an exciting addition.

In truth it always seemed unlikely that Tottenham would be able to afford a deal for Hakimi in the near future, but the links were eye-catching.
Hakimi would surely have solved Tottenham’s issue at right-back, as he would have been a huge upgrade on Serge Aurier.
But Spurs have announced big losses over the past year, and appear to have very limited funds going into the summer.
City, on the other hand, are likely to invest heavily again, as they look to close the gap on Liverpool and regain the Premier League title.
