
Phil Hay has suggested that Leeds United will have their eyes on four or five signings this summer in the Athletic.
Leeds were quiet in January, as Marcelo Bielsa and Victor Orta decided to keep faith in the squad that they have assembled.
Leeds have performed well in their first season back in the top flight, and with the Yorkshire side already well clear of relegation it was decided that they should just keep faith with the current players.
However, Leeds are seemingly determined not to stand still, and Hay has made an exciting prediction that it could be a busy summer at Elland Road.
The Athletic reporter suggests that Leeds will ‘certainly’ sign a left-back, and he expects deals for midfielders and a left-winger to be chased up.
If Leeds can get their recruitment right, then Bielsa’s side could be a huge threat this season.

Leeds have already posed a problem for established Premier League teams this season, with the Whites competing well.
If they can now add even more quality then there is no telling just how high Leeds could push next term, with their current squad also having a year’s experience of top flight football behind them.
