Gazzaniga has been on the books of Tottenham since 2017, but he has failed to establish himself in the first team.
The Argentina international goalkeeper, 29, made 17 starts and one substitute appearance in the Premier League in 2019-20, according to WhoScored, but that was due to injury to Hugo Lloris.
Lloris is still the number one goalkeeper at Spurs. Joe Hart, who joined the North London club in the summer of 2020, is now the second-choice custodian at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
