Pau Lopez was on loan at Tottenham Hotspur from Espanyol last season.
Tottenham Hotspur are close to the permanent signing of Pau Lopez from Espanyol, according to Sport.
The 22-year-old goalkeeper was on loan at Premier League club Tottenham from Spanish side Espanyol last season.
According to Sport, the two clubs have agreed on a permanent transfer of the Spain Under-21 international goalkeeper.

It has been reported that Tottenham have agreed to pay Espanyol a transfer fee of €2.5 million (£2.17m) to sign Lopez on a permanent contract.
Lopez did not play a single competitive match for Tottenham last season, but it seems that Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino rates the youngster highly.
The Spaniard would remain the third-choice goalkeeper at Spurs next season, though. Hugo Lloris is the number one between the posts and Michel Vorm is his deputy.
Tottenham finished second in the Premier League last season, and during the 2017-18 campaign they will be aiming to win the league title.
The North London outfit will also be looking to progress into the knockout rounds of the Champions League next season.
