Ranocchia was linked with West Ham earlier this month.

Italian outlet CalcioMercato claim Serie A side Parma are interested in signing Inter Milan defender Andrea Ranocchia, but may face competition from West Ham United.
The same outlet reported earlier this month that West Ham wanted to sign 30-year-old Ranocchia, who is struggling for game time at Inter under manager Luciano Spalletti.
The Italy international finally made his first appearance of the season for Inter earlier this month, helping the Italian side beat Benevento 6-2 in the Coppa Italia.
However, his long-term future remains in doubt at Inter, with his contract set to expire at the end of the season and that could see the Hammers land the defender on a pre-contract agreement under the Bosman ruling.
Parma, meanwhile, have been linked with a move as reports from Italy suggest that champions Juventus are interested in signing experienced captain Bruno Alves on a short-term deal.

West Ham have plenty of options at centre-back in the form of Issa Diop, Fabian Balbuena, Angelo Ogbonna, Winston Reid, Declan Rice and Reece Oxford all on the books.
Ranocchia has Premier League experience, after joining Hull City on loan in the second half of the 2016-17 campaign where he made 16 appearances for the Tigers – scoring two goals and creating two more.
