Crystal Palace ready to show faith in new manager Frank De Boer by signing Manchester City’s Kelechi Iheanacho ahead of Leicester and West Ham.
Crystal Palace are set to show their faith in incoming manager Frank De Boer by beating their Premier League rivals to the signing of Manchester City striker Kelechi Iheanacho.
The BBC reports that De Boer will be named as Sam Allardyce’s successor today (June 26) and according to the Mirror the club will follow that appointment with a swoop for Iheanacho.

Both Leicester City and West Ham United are also interested in the 20-year-old, who has been deemed surplus to requirements by City boss Pep Guardiola.
Yet Palace are keen to boost their options in attack and want support for club record £27m signing Christian Benteke and view Iheanacho as the ideal candidate.
While the Nigeria international does not currently have a future at the Etihad Stadium, the Citizens will insert a buyback clause into any potential deal just in case they change their mind on the forward.
Despite mostly coming off the bench since breaking into the first team in 2015, Iheanacho still has a decent scoring record for City with 21 goals in 64 appearances.
