Report outlines Wolverhampton Wanderers’ January transfer plan

Wolverhampton Wanderers are doing well in the Premier League at the moment.

According to Sky Sports, Wolverhampton Wanderers want to sign a new right wing-back and a striker in the January transfer window.

It has been reported that Wolves are on the hunt for a new right wing-back to compete with Matt Doherty.

Doherty, 26 has been on the books of Wolves his entire professional club football career so far and has established himself as an important player in Nuno’s team.

Wolves could do with another striker who can score goals regularly, as that is one department that has let them down on many occasions this season.

Leo Bonatini and Raul Jimenez are good forwards, but the Wanderers need someone who can find the opposition net on a regular basis.

Wolves are seventh in the Premier League table at the moment with 29 points from 20 matches.

Nuno’s side won 3-1 against Tottenham Hotspur away from home at Wembley Stadium in the league at the weekend.
