According to the Liverpool Echo, Everton are looking to make six signings this summer.

Everton want Kurt Zouma’s and Andre Gomes’s loans to become permanent in the summer, and they could both be costly purchases.

Chelsea and Barcelona are unlikely to let their players go cheaply, but Everton are keen to buy the pair.

And Marco Silva’s side still have their eyes on other additions, which could take their spending to well beyond the £100 million mark.

Everton are said to be keen to bring in a right-back, a central midfielder, a right-winger and a striker.

Whether Silva will be able to make all the additions he wants remains to be seen, but if Everton do have the summer that they have envisioned then they could be a major threat next season.

Everton finished this campaign strongly and climbed into eighth place in the Premier League table.

If the Toffees can keep their current squad together and add four new players over the summer then they will have a team packed with quality.

And Everton supporters should be excited, as it looks like another busy summer could be on the cards at Goodison Park.
