Wolverhampton Wanderers will play host to Hull City at Molineux tomorrow.
Wolves are just three wins away from guaranteeing promotion back to the Premier League, but their chances of chalking up one of those wins have taken a blow, according to the Express & Star, who report that Nuno Espirito Santo could be without five key men ahead of his side’s clash with Hull City at Molineux tomorrow.
Ruben Neves and Matt Doherty will definitely miss the clash with the Tigers due to suspension, following their red cards against Middlesbrough on Friday.
The Express & Star claim that Nuno could be without another three key players for tomorrow’s game, though, with Diogo Jota, Helder Costa and Romain Saiss all major doubts.
The Black Country outfit do, of course, have one of the strongest squads in the Championship, and if any team can cope without five key first-team players it is them.
Following Wolves’ game against Hull tomorrow, they will travel to Wales to take on Cardiff City on Friday night, and a return of six points from those matches could be enough to secure their place in the top flight for next season, should results elsewhere go their way.
