The PSG full-back is a key transfer target for Tottenham Hotspur, according to reports.
Spurs have been handed a huge boost in their hopes of signing Serge Aurier, according to French media outlet Le Parisien, who claim that up to three clubs have dropped out of the race to sign the Ivorian.
Tottenham have courted the Paris Saint-Germain right-back all summer long, according to the Mirror, and their need for him has gathered momentum in recent weeks, following the sale of Kyle Walker to Manchester City.

Spurs fans are growing ever more frustrated with their club’s lack of transfer activity so far this summer, especially with all of their direct rivals strengthening left, right and centre.
According to Le Parisien, however, the path has been made clearer for Tottenham to sign Aurier, with Manchester City, Juventus and Barcelona all pulling out of the race to sign him, leaving just Inter Milan as their only rivals for his signature.
And if Mauricio Pochettino does manage to get a deal for the Ivory Coast international over the line, it could turn out to be a signing of real significance for the Lilywhites, as they head into the long and physically demanding campaign ahead of them.
