The Real Madrid ace is reportedly attracting attention from both Liverpool and Arsenal.

According to Spanish media outlet Diario Gol, Liverpool and Arsenal have received a boost in their hopes of landing Dani Ceballos this summer, with the Spaniard making it clear to Real Madrid officials that he has no interest in remaining at the Santiago Bernabeu just to sit on the substitutes bench.

The Reds and the Gunners are believed to be keen on bolstering their midfield ranks in the summer, and Spanish publication Don Balon claim that both Premier League clubs view Ceballos as an ideal summer signing.

Diario Gol have gone one step further today, by suggesting that the 21-year-old has told Los Blancos chiefs that he wants to leave the club in the summer, in the search of more regular first-team action, and that will be great news for both Liverpool and Arsenal.

The Madrid man is an orthodox midfielder, and possesses wonderful technical ability. He is also an expert passer of the football, and has the ability to pick holes in the opposition’s defence with his superb vision.

The young Spaniard would be the ideal addition to Jürgen Klopp’s side, and would add that little bit of extra guile that they sometimes lack in the middle of the park.

Ceballos is valued at £10.5 million, according to Transfer Markt, and that would represent excellent value in today’s ludicrously inflated transfer market.
