Aston Villa striker Jonathan Kodjia has been absent from action since October.

Aston Villa have received a huge boost ahead of their Championship run-in, with Jonathan Kodjia set to feature in a behind closed doors friendly during the international break, according to the Express & Star.
The Ivory Coast international has not featured for the Villans since October 29th, when he suffered a recurrence of an ankle injury against Birmingham City.
Villa have really missed the 28-year-old hitman, and have often had to rely upon 20-year-old Keinan Davis in his absence.

Steve Bruce’s side currently sit in fourth position in the Championship table, seven points adrift of second placed Cardiff City, and they cannot afford any more slip-ups, if they are to gain automatic promotion back to the Premier League.

The Express & Star are reporting a huge boost for Villa today in their quest for promotion, with the news that Kodjia is set to feature in a behind closed doors friendly for his club during the international break.
Next up for Villa is a trip to Hull City on March 31st, and what a bonus it would be for them if Kodjia is available for selection.
