Tottenham Hotspur are expected to invest in the summer transfer window.

According to a report in the London Evening Standard, Mauricio Pochettino will change his transfer strategy at Tottenham Hotspur this summer.
Pochettino has tended to scout the European market since arriving at Spurs, with many players arriving from overseas.
However, the mixed success that Spurs have had in the transfer window since Pochettino took charge has caused a rethink.

While Tottenham have made some brilliant transfers with Pochettino helm, they have also had their fair share of flops.
The likes of Vincent Janssen, Clinton Njie and Georges Kevin N’Koudou were all bought to Spurs for big fees, after they impressed abroad, but the trio have struggled to make an impact in English football.

And Pochettino is apparently taking on a more tried and tested approach to signings this summer.
Spurs are keen to bring in players with Premier League experience, as they look to improve the quality in their squad.
The likes of Ross Barkley, Andre Gray, Wilfried Zaha and Josh King have all been linked with Tottenham in recent times.
