Victor Orta and Andrea Radrizzani have both been abroad in recent weeks, talking to strike targets for Leeds United, according to Sky Sports.

Leeds have made signing a new number nine their main priority since promotion and are now pressing ahead with a deal to sign a forward.

Leeds have brought in Cody Drameh and Joe Gelhardt already this summer, but are now keen to seal a deal for a striker.

Patrick Bamford was Leeds’ first choice up-front last term, but doubts persist over his reliability at the top level.

Bamford proved wasteful in Championship, and with chances likely to be harder to come by in the upcoming campaign, Leeds may need a more reliable scorer in front of goal.

Leeds have already made moves for some attacking targets this summer, and Orta and Radrizzani are now stepping up their mission to get a signing over the line.

The Leeds chiefs have apparently been abroad in recent weeks speaking to targets, as they look to seal a deal.

Although no transfer has yet been completed, Leeds are making progress, and it seems that Marcelo Bielsa could have a new striker to work with sooner rather than later.
