According to Sportime, Olympiakos are considering a move for Nottingham Forest left-back Yuri Ribeiro after backing out of a deal for Matheus Reyes.
Olympiakos were said to be closing in on a deal for Rio Ave’s Reyes.
Reyes is in his last year of his contract with the Portuguese club.

But the latest reports from Greece now claim Olympiakos have had second thoughts at the last minute after viewing his £1.8 million asking price as too expensive.
Now, Sportime claim Olympiakos are looking at Forest’s Ribeiro as an alternative.
Forest have been extremely busy in the transfer market this summer. The Reds have signed around ten players for the first-team squad, including Scott McKenna.
It seems Forest are making a splash after just missing out on the playoffs last term, while money from the Matty Cash deal is being used to strengthen all over.
Owner Evangelos Marinakis evidently wants Premier League football, and his contacts across Europe have helped Forest benefit with several transfers.
But on this occasion, he may look to move one of Forest’s established players out.

Ribeiro made 27 league starts last season. This season, he featured for the full 90 minutes against both Barnsley in the cup and Cardiff City in the Championship.
Sportime add that a deal for Ribeiro would be lower than Reyes and with more guarantees.
