Steve Cooper’s Nottingham Forest are interested in signing Borna Barisic from Giovanni van Bronckhorst’s Rangers in the summer transfer window, according to The Daily Mail.
Nottingham Forest want Rangers left-back Borna Barisic
The report has claimed that Forest, who are playing in the Premier League this season after winning promotion from the Championship, hope to sign another left-back this summer.
Forest are considering Chelsea’s Emerson Palmieri as well as Barisic of Rangers, according to the report.
Could a transfer happen?
In our view, Nottingham Forest could be able to sign Borna Barisic from Rangers in the summer transfer window.
Money talks, and if the Reds make a good offer to Rangers, then the Gers could sell the 29-year-old left-back.

The Croatia international himself could be tempted to move to Forest and play in the Premier League.
Barisic has been on the books of Rangers since 2018 when he joined from Osijek for £2 million (The Daily Mail).
The left-back has made two starts and one substitute appearances in the Scottish Premiership for the Gers this season.
During the 2021-22 season, Barisic made 18 starts and one substitute appearance in the league, and made 12 starts and two substitute appearance in the Europa League for Rangers.
