Nottingham Forest are reportedly keen on signing the 17-year-old.
The Mirror have claimed that Nottingham Forest want to sign Livingston striker Matthew Knox.
Nottingham Forest boss Mark Warburton is said to be a fan of the 17-year-old starlet and tried to sign him during his spell in charge of Rangers.
Knox was on trial with Manchester United last year and Warburton, according to The Mirror, is keen on bringing him to the City Ground.
This will be the former Rangers manager’s first transfer window with Forest following his dismissal from the Ibrox club earlier this year, and the 54-year-old will hope that some solid business is the foundation for a better season next time out.
Forest survived relegation by the skin of their teeth, finishing 21st in the Championship and surviving only on goal difference.
Knox may be a future star, but fans of the club will be hoping to see tried-and-tested Championship talent arrive this summer.
