Nottingham Forest ace Henri Lansbury has reportedly said goodbye to his team-mates ahead of a possible move to Aston Villa.
According to The Mirror, Nottingham Forest playmaker Henri Lansbury has already said goodbye to his team-mates ahead of an expected January move.
Lansbury, 26, joined Forest from Arsenal back in 2012, and has since racked up 33 goals in 150 games for Forest, becoming a key player at the City Ground.

This term, Lansbury has notched an impressive six goals and three assists in 17 Championship appearances this term, and his performances have triggered major interest.
Lansbury is out of contract at the end of the season, meaning Forest may be under some pressure to sell their star midfielder during this month’s transfer window, in order to get a fee for him before losing him for nothing.

The Daily Mail reported last week that Aston Villa have made a £3million bid to sign Lansbury, and are confident that they will win the race for his signature by the end of the transfer window.
Forest intriguingly chose to leave Lansbury out of the squad to face Wigan Athletic in the FA Cup on Saturday afternoon, suggesting that he’s on the verge of leaving the City Ground.
Now, The Mirror claim that Lansbury has already cleared out his boots from the club’s training ground, and has said goodbye to his team-mates ahead of a move away from the club this month.
Whilst John Jay Moores’ proposed takeover is holding up matters at the City Ground, Lansbury appears to be heading for the exit, with Villa in pole position to snap up the midfielder.
