He started his career at Feyenoord before spending three years in the Arsenal academy prior to returning to Holland with Twente.
FC Twente are in a dire financial situation and need to sell non-essential players this summer. Due to the emergence of youngster Jelle van der Heyden the club believe Ebecilio as one of the players they could let go.
Of course Forest would not be able to tie up a deal with ease.
They themselves have problems in the financial department, which left them under a transfer embargo.
The club could sign him on loan for the season, but as seen with the recent pursuits of Michael Frey and Ben Hamer, that is easier said than done.
However, with Henri Lansbury seemingly edging closer to a move to Burnley, perhaps they will have the muscle to lure Ebecilio in on loan for the season as his replacement.
