Benfica’s Joao Carvalho is reportedly wanted by Nottingham Forest.

Nottingham Forest could be successful where Wolverhampton Wanderers and Arsenal could not.
Back in November 2017, Record reported that Wolves and Arsenal wanted to sign Joao Carvalho from Benfica in the January transfer window.
The 21-year-old midfielder remained at the Portuguese club beyond January, but the youngster could now be on the move.

According to a report in Record today, Forest in the Championship in England are interested in securing the services of the Portugal Under-21 international.
It has been reported that the Reds are in advanced talks to sign the the youngster from Benfica.

Quality footballer
If Forest are able to sign Carvalho this summer, then it would be a massive coup for the Championship club.
The Portugal Under-21 international is a very talented and promising young midfielder who would add to the Reds’ quality in the middle of the park.
Wolves and Arsenal have probably moved on from their interest in Carvalho this past season, and that is only a positive for Forest.
