Grabban has shone for Aston Villa in the second half of the season, sparking alleged interest from Nottingham Forest.

Aitor Karanka, the manager of Nottingham Forest, is weighing up a move for Lewis Grabban, Aston Villa’s on loan Bournemouth striker, according to the Sun on Sunday (May 13th, page 63).
Grabban has scored 20 league goals in spells at Sunderland and Aston Villa this season.

And the report states that Karanka thinks the 30-year-old can ‘fire Forest’s promotion bid next season’.
It adds, however, that the Reds will face competition for the player, who is ‘likely’ to command a fee of around £5 million.
It remains to be seen whether or not Aston Villa, who have a foot in the Championship play-off final after Saturday’s 1-0 win at Middlesbrough, will pursue a permanent move for Grabban if they go up.

Only one player, Kieran Dowell (10), hit double figures for Nottingham Forest this past campaign.
Forest, Villa or somewhere else? Where will Grabban end up next term?
