Liverpool are reportedly willing to sell Pedro Chirivella this summer, and Nottingham Forest are reportedly interested in signing the youngster.

According to a report from the Daily Mirror, Nottingham Forest and Swansea are both interested in signing Pedro Chirivella this summer, with Liverpool ready to sell the Spaniard for around £5 million.

Chirivella has often been considered one of the brighter prospects coming through the Reds’ academy, and boasts plenty of top flight experience having spent much of the last two seasons out on loan in the Eredivisie.

The Daily Mirror reports however, that Jurgen Klopp is keen to oversee a mass clear out at Anfield during this summer, and Chirivella is one of the players that is set to be allowed to move on.

The Mirror adds that he could possibly be Championship bound, with Forest and Swansea both eyeing a permanent move for the 21-year-old, who is likely to cost around £5 million.

That fee could potentially prove to be a real bargain. While Klopp seems to feel that he is unlikely to make the grade at Anfield – which is understandable given that players such as Naby Keita stand ahead of him in the pecking order – he would potentially prove to be a fantastic addition for either of the second tier sides.

Forest have really done some great business in the window thus far, and Aitor Karanka may be hoping that he can make the Liverpool starlet his 11th signing of the summer.

Swansea have been much quieter with Graham Potter overseeing three signings – including Yan Dhanda from the Reds – but they do need to add to their midfield options with Ki Sung-yueng heading to Newcastle on a free transfer.
