According to the Daily Mail, Lazio playmaker Ravel Morrison is looking to return to England this week, with Nottingham Forest and Sunderland among the interested clubs.
Morrison, 23, made a surprise move from West Ham to Lazio in 2015, but just over a year after his move, he has made just six first-team appearances for the Serie A side, and looks set to leave the club imminently.

With Wednesday’s transfer deadline drawing ever closer, Morrison will have to move quickly to find a new club – and a host of teams are reportedly looking to offer him an escape route back to England.
The Daily Mail report that Premier League sides Hull City and Sunderland are both keen to sign Morrison, as are Championship outfit Nottingham Forest as the attacking midfielder seems to have a number of options.

Hull and Sunderland look to be in battles against relegation already, and may see Morrison as a creative force in the final third, despite the headaches that come with him.
Meawhile, Forest need attacking reinforements having sold winger Oliver Burke to RB Leipzig, and whilst Morrison isn’t a wide man, he could offer flair and goals to Philippe Montanier’s side.

The former Manchester United and West Ham United playmaker has been something of a problem child throughout this career, but there are now hopes that he will return from Italy with a new – and ultimately improved – attitude.
Time is running out for Morrison to seal a move, but with nine goals in 50 matches at Championship rival, he has proven that he could be a key signing for Forest, and may have the potential to play in the Premier League for Hull or Sunderland.
