Jorge Grant has shone on loan at Notts County from Nottingham Forest.

Sky Sports have claimed in their Live Transfer Centre (Friday, 10.49am) that Norwich City are interested in nabbing Nottingham Forest’s impressive central midfielder Jorge Grant this month.
The 23-year-old is currently with Kevin Nolan’s Notts County and remains with the League Two side until the end of the season, unless Forest opt to cancel such a loan with Norwich looking to buy.

Grant, who has made 20 appearances for Forest before falling down the pecking order under recently-sacked manager Mark Warburton, has shone on loan with Notts County.
Starring all over the midfield, County’s number 10 has scored a huge 15 goals in just 32 league and cup outings, as well as showing his craft and vision in the final third to lay on a further eight assists.

It remains to be seen how much Forest would charge for their young star, as Grant still has more than two years remaining on his current contract at the City Ground.
But out of favour at Forest, Grant could be tempted with a move to east Anglia as the Canaries look for attacking talent to boost a side that are currently languishing in 13th place despite pre-season hopes of a promotion challenge.
