According to a report in the Daily Mail, Norwich City are lining up a double deal for Eder and Lamine Kone in the January transfer window.
Norwich are keen to strengthen their squad at the next available opportunity as they bid to move away from relegation trouble.
The Canaries have shown signs of promise so far this season, but they currently sit in 18th place in the Premier League table.
Alex Neil knows that he needs to add quality to his Norwich squad, and he believes Eder and Kone would improve his team considerably.
Eder is a striker who is currently playing for Sampdoria, and Norwich are said to be willing to launch a £7.5million bid to sign him.
The Italian international has 11 goals to his name this season, and would add power to Norwich’s forward line.
Kone, meanwhile, is currently playing in Ligue 1 for Lorient.
The defender has been a major part of Lorient’s team but Sunderland are also credited with an interest in the Ivory Coast international by the Mail.
