The Nottingham Forest maestro is becoming one of the Championship’s most wanted players.
Norwich City have joined the race to sign Henri Lansbury from Nottingham Forest, according to a report in The Sun.
The midfielder is out of contract in the summer and has seemingly grown disillusioned with the way the club is being run.
This has seen him linked with several teams – including Derby County, Birmingham City and Watford.

Aston Villa have been seen as the favourites to sign the player, with Lansbury said to be keen on the move.
But The Sun report that Norwich are now hopeful they can convince Lansbury to head to Norfolk. The report suggests Villa have not been able to agree a fee with Forest for the player and that Norwich could swoop in as a result.

Lansbury has been Nottingham Forest’s stand-out player this season but with the club going through massive upheaval off the pitch and heading down the table on it is no surprise Lansbury might want to head somewhere more stable to chase a Premier League dream.
Norwich are struggling to keep in the hunt for the play-offs after some recent poor form and Lansbury would be an attempt to get back into the top six frame.
