Norwich City are set to complete their first signing of the summer with Jacob Lungi Sorensen arriving at Carrow Road from Esbjerg FB in Denmark, according to Bold.
It seems like only a matter of time before the Canaries’ return to the Championship is confirmed.
But Norwich are not a club who tend to panic in such situations.
After Daniel Farke’s disappointing debut season in East Anglia in 2017/18, Stuart Webber and co backed their manager despite mounting criticism and got to work building a squad full of budding potential and bargain signings.
And it seems that Norwich are looking to repeat the trick again with Sorensen set to join prolific Luxembourg international Daniel Sinani at Carrow Road.

Sorensen, a 22-year-old defensive midfielder who can also play at centre-half, is apparently on the verge of completing his move to the yellow and green-clad outfit, though Bold does not provide any details of a transfer fee or contract length.
Sorensen played 33 matches in all competitions for Esbjerg in 2019/20 and he could potentially replace the ageing Alexander Tettey in Farke’s first-team plans.
