Jack Grealish can reportedly leave Aston Villa for £25million but no formal offers have been made as yet.

Aston Villa are yet to receive any formal offers for Jack Grealish but the midfielder is still expected to leave the club, according to Birmingham Live.

That should be greeted in positive fashion by Tottenham Hotspur, who currently lead the chase to sign Grealish with manager Mauricio Pochettino a big fan of the England Under-21 international, although Spurs chairman Daniel Levy is currently unwilling to go any higher than £20m.

Liverpool are the latest side from the English top flight to be reportedly keeping tabs on the midfield ace, while Fulham and Newcastle United have also been registered as holding an interest.
