Jack Grealish can reportedly leave Aston Villa for £25million but no formal offers have been made as yet.

After missing out on promotion to the Premier League the Villans have been plunged into financial strife and need to raise funds quickly in order not to breach Financial Fair Play rules.

That is why owner, Tony Xia, wants to sell Grealish to the highest bidder and it’s now thought £25m could be enough to convince the billionaire to sell.

It had been reported as recently as Wednesday (June 20) by the Sun that Villa valued the 22-year-old at £40m, but with cash needed and quickly that price-tag seems to have been slashed.

That should be greeted in positive fashion by Tottenham Hotspur, who currently lead the chase to sign Grealish with manager Mauricio Pochettino a big fan of the England Under-21 international, although Spurs chairman Daniel Levy is currently unwilling to go any higher than £20m.
Liverpool are the latest side from the English top flight to be reportedly keeping tabs on the midfield ace, while Fulham and Newcastle United have also been registered as holding an interest.
