Cash strapped Bari were claimed to be holding talks with the Italian amid their need to quickly raise three million Euros, Italian news agency ANSA reported on Sunday.

Leeds fans expressed their concern over the developments – with some worried that Radrizzani is already spread too thin with his successful Eleven Sports network.

It now appears they can relax, with Radrizzani backing off a deal for the Serie B side.

La Republicca report Radrizzani has cancelled his interest, after discovering Bari had debts he did not originally anticipate.

Leeds fans can then relax over their club owner being distracted at a crucial time, with the English Championhip transfer window to buy players closing in less than a month.

The Whites are yet to buy any players, with two loan deals struck instead.
