Wolverhampton Wanderers and West Ham United are reportedly interested in Manchester City’s Nicolas Otamendi.

It has been reported that Wolves, West Ham and Atletico Madrid are interested in signing Otamendi from Premier League champions City in the summer transfer window.
The report, though, has claimed that the 31-year-old Argentina international central defender could stay at the Etihad Stadium beyond the summer due to the departure of Vincent Kompany.
The Belgium international centre-back has parted company with the Citizens and has become Anderlecht’s player-manager.
Stance changed?
A recent report in AS suggested that City are demanding £25m as transfer fee for Otamendi and are willing to sell the former Valencia centre-back (click here to read more).
However, the latest report in The Daily Mail suggests that there has been a twist regarding the Argentine, and perhaps Wolves and West Ham will have to look elsewhere for a centre-back.

Otamendi is a serial title-winner, having clinched the Argentine Primera Division: 2009 Clausura with Velez Sarsfield, the Primeira Liga in Portugal with FC Porto three times and the Premier League in England with City twice.
The defender joined City from Valencia in the summer of 2015 for an initial transfer fee reported by BBC Sport to be worth £28.5 million.
