The report claims that the Gunners value him at around £20 million, but there is a possibility that the fee could drop down towards the end of the window.
Premier League rivals – West Ham and Swansea – are also reportedly interested in signing the midfielder, who earns £90k-a-week at Arsenal.
Wilshere is recovering from a broken leg, and West Ham are only interested in signing him on loan.

The Telegraph adds that Arsenal could sell Wilshere permanently or keep him to see out the final year of his contract.
Rafa Benitez has already signed four players but he is still looking for more signings to boost his squad. The report says that the Magpies are “weighing up a move for Wilshere.”
The 34-cap England international would be seen as a high-profile signing for Newcastle. But, given his injury record, his signing would still represent a huge gamble for the north-east club.
