Newcastle United midfielder Isaac Hayden has been keen for an exit for a long time now.

Hayden has made no secret of his desire to leave Newcastle, and he has once again done an interview insisting that a move away from St. James’ Park is what he wants.
Hayden was expected to make a swift departure from Newcastle this summer, with the Magpies wanting to raise £15 million for the central midfielder.
However, it seems that Hayden could face a long wait to get the exit that he wants.
Newcastle don’t want to leave themselves short in midfield and are, therefore, hoping to bring in a replacement for Hayden before they sanction his departure.

With Sean Longstaff linked with Manchester United and Mo Diame already leaving, Newcastle could potentially have a shortage of options in central midfield.
And it seems that Hayden will have to remain patient as he seeks an exit.
If Hayden does leave Newcastle it will be a blow to the Magpies, as he was one of their top performers towards the back end of last campaign.
