The Guinea international has an array of skills.
Idrissa Sylla in action for Guinea
Newcastle United are in the hunt for Anderlecht striker Idrissa Sylla – according to The Telegraph.
The report states that Newcastle boss Rafa Benitez wants another striking recruit after the club’s poor season opener in the Championship.
The forward, who can also play out wide, is a Guinean international who has started this season with a bang – scoring two goals in as many games for the Belgian side.
England’s Chris Waddle in action with Germany’s Lothar Matthaus 1990
Last season he managed just seven goals in 34 appearances, but appears to be in better shape at the start of the 2015-16 campaign.
Newcastle United fans will also be very excited by the 25-year-old’s nickname.

He has been dubbed ‘Waddle’ during his time in France, because of his playing style likeness to the former Newcastle United and Tottenham Hotspur playmaker Chris Waddle. Sylla started his playing career with Le Mans and has a spell on loan at Bastia.
Waddle is highly respected in France from his stint with Marseille and started his professional career with Newcastle United in 1980.
Newcastle lost their opening Championship game of the campaign to Fulham but are still believed to be the favourites to go up to the Premier League.
