Newcastle’s Ayoze Perez looks dejected
According to the Chronicle, it would take an eye-watering offer for Newcastle United to consider selling striker Ayoze Perez.
It is likely to be a busy summer transfer window for the Magpies, with a number of arrivals expected at the club.
There could also be several big departures though, with several stars already linked to exits after their relegation from the Premier League.

One of those who has been linked with a move away is striker Ayoze Perez, with the Daily Mail reporting last month that Premier League sides were keen on his signature.
Newcastle United are naturally determined not to lose him though and according to the Chronicle, only an eye-watering bid would convince them into a sale.

The report does not name what type of fee that would need to be, but that description suggests the 22-year-old will be staying at the club for the foreseeable future.
They will be hoping he can be a big hit in the Championship and score the goals they will need to secure an immediate return to the Premier League next season.
