Newcastle United striker Aleksandar Mitrovic is reportedly wanted by Fulham in the summer transfer window.

It has been reported that Mitrovic, who spent the second half of last season on loan at Fulham, has told Newcastle that he does not want to play for the Magpies again.

The Serbia international striker is also reportedly insisting that Newcastle agree a deal with Fulham, who will play in the Premier League next season after winning automatic promotion from the Championship.

Increase in asking price
Newcastle seem to have increased their asking price for Mitrovic by £10m since the start of the World Cup in Russia.
On June 14, 2018, Sky Sports reported that the Magpies were looking for £20m as transfer fee for the 23-year-old.
The youngster has been playing well for Serbia in Russia and scored in their game against Switzerland.

Exit likely?
Mitrovic is not rated highly by Newcastle manager Rafael Benitez, and it is hard to see the former Anderlecht striker stay at St. James’ Park next season.
However, the Magpies should not expect any club to pay £30m for the 23-year-old this summer.
