Chelsea forward Tammy Abraham is of interest to Rafael Benitez’s Newcastle United side.

According to a report in The Sun, Newcastle United have decided that they will pay all of Tammy Abraham’s wages and a loan-fee to Chelsea to jump to the head of the queue for the striker’s signature.
Newcastle realise that the face serious competition if they are to sign the young forward, who is available this summer.

Chelsea want to loan Abraham out to a Premier League club next season, as they feel it would benefit his progress.
And Newcastle are said to be very keen to offer Abraham a temporary home.
Everton and Leicester City both want Abraham, but they are keen to sign him permanently.

And Chelsea are more receptive to loaning out the youngster, which puts Newcastle at the front of the race for the prospect.
Newcastle would be willing to cover Abraham’s £25,000-a-week wages, and they will also pay a loan fee.
If Abraham was brought to Newcastle, he would be in competition with Dwight Gayle for a place up-front.
