The Burnley winger is said to be attracting interest from Newcastle United, Leicester City and Southampton.

Johann Gudmundsson of Burnley warms up prior to the Premier League match between Burnley and Southampton at Turf Moor on February 24, 2018 in Burnley, England.

Newcastle United, Leicester City and Southampton are in a “£20 million fight” for Burnley winger Johann Berg Gudmundsson, according to the Sun.

Gudmundsson has scored two goals and assisted another six for Burnley this season, but is out of contract at the end of next season – although the Clarets have an option to extend his stay by a further year.

The newspaper adds that Southampton are “long-term” Gudmundsson admirers, and will enter the running for his signature if they avoid relegation this season.
