The Magpies have been linked with a move for the young Reds star.
Newcastle United could be left frustrated in their attempts to add young talent to their Championship-leading squad this month, as the Liverpool Echo reports that Jurgen Klopp will flat out reject any advances for Sheyi Ojo.
Rafa Benitez is looking for reinforcements for his squad in order to ensure that his side can sustain the pace at the top of the division.
Several targets have been named by reports in the press, including ambitious approaches for Premier League stars such as Everton’s James McCarthy and Manchester City’s Fabian Delph.

According to a piece from the Northern Echo on Monday, Benitez is also keen on raiding his former club Liverpool for young winger Ojo, one of the most talented young stars at Anfield.
However, it appears as though those hopes could be extinguished before they have really even taken hold, as the Liverpool Echo claims that Klopp will not even entertain the notion of allowing Ojo to leave, whether in a temporary or a permanent deal.
Klopp handed Ojo his senior debut 12 months ago, and has handed him 12 first-team appearances in total in all competitions in the year since.

Tthe 19-year-old England youth star made his first appearance of the season in the FA Cup third-round draw with Plymouth Argyle, and is expected to start the replay in midweek.
It is thought that Klopp wants the teenager at his disposal for the remaining months of the campaign, and Newcastle may consequently have to turn their attentions elsewhere.
