West Ham United have reportedly been linked with Newcastle United manager Rafael Benitez.

Benitez’s current contract with Newcastle runs out at the end of next season, and it reportedly has a £5.5 million release clause.

According to the report, the former Liverpool and Real Madrid manager has attracted strong interest from West Ham United.
Slaven Bilic is in charge of West Ham at the moment, but the Hammers have not made a good start to the 2017-18 Premier League.

Benitez is very popular among the Newcastle fans, and if he commits his long-term future to the Magpies, then the St. James’ Park faithful will be very pleased.
The Magpies are back in the Premier League after a season in the Championship. It is not going to be easy for Newcastle to finish in the top 10 of the English top flight this term, but they do have a squad of players who are good enough not to go down to the Championship at the end of the season.
