Danny Rose has sat out of Newcastle United training with injury, according to the Daily Star.
Rose raised his concerns about Newcastle returning to training earlier this month, but Steve Bruce has spoken to the defender about his concerns.
Rose is now thought to be prepared to come back to Newcastle training, but he has been unable to so far.
The Tottenham Hotspur loanee has been suffering with a sore calf, which he has picked up during lockdown.

Thankfully for Rose the issue is not thought to be a serious one, and he should join his Newcastle teammates later this week.
That is good news for Newcastle, as Rose has been a key player since his arrival.
Bruce has only spoken positively about the England international, who has quickly become Newcastle’s first-choice at left-back.
