According to Pianeta Milan, Newcastle are now looking to sign Renato Sanches, who is also a target for Arsenal and Liverpool.
What’s the story?
Well, it was 90min who revealed that Arsenal and Liverpool want to sign the Portugal international, but Newcastle will pose a real threat.
Pianeta Milan believe the Magpies are angry after losing Sven Botman to AC Milan, and in retaliation, are now keen to hijack their move for Sanches.
90min claimed that AC Milan had agreed a £15m deal for the 24-year-old, although their hopes of signing the midfield maestro could now be scuppered by Premier League clubs.
AC Milan view Sanches – who Carlo Ancelotti called “fantastic” – as the ideal replacement for Franck Kessie, who is set to join Barcelona when his contract expires in June.
So far this season, the former Bayern Munich wonderkid has made 25 appearances for Lille, scoring one goal while also providing five assists.
Newcastle, Arsenal and Liverpool may struggle

Interestingly, Pianeta Milan state that, despite Newcastle’s desire to get revenge on AC Milan, Sanches is still most likely to join the Italian giants.
It is said that the Lisboa-born midfielder has already agreed to join AC Milan, so Newcastle, Liverpool and Arsenal have a mission on their hands to break that agreement.
Of course, Premier League clubs are among the wealthiest in Europe, so perhaps Sanches could be lured by an attractive salary package.

Whatever the English trio plan to do about it, they’ll need to be quick.
By all accounts, Sanches is set to line up for AC Milan next season, so it will require something significant to change this.
