Newcastle United are said to be keen on Wilfried Zaha by the Daily Mail, should their takeover go through.

Newcastle’s new owners are believed to be thinking about making a move for the skilful winger, who looks set for another summer of speculation over his future.

The Crystal Palace man has been linked with an exit for years now, but missed out on an £80 million move to Everton last summer (Mail).

Everton are tipped to be interested again in the same report, with Newcastle also joining the list of clubs who want the Ivorian.

Zaha is said to be ‘open to a new challenge’, and if Newcastle’s takeover goes through, they could well be an appealing project.

Newcastle look set to become one of the richest clubs in the world, and Zaha could be their marquee signing in their first summer in charge.

The Palace wide-man would be an exciting addition to Newcastle’s squad, and if he could work in tandem with Allan Saint-Maximin then that could be a nightmare pairing for opposition defences.
