According to L’Equipe, Newcastle and Everton want to sign FC Metz wonderkid Pape Sarr, while Chelsea are also interested.
The 18-year-old is already a first-team regular in Ligue 1, making 17 appearances this season.
In those outings, Sarr has scored two goals while playing in a defensive-midfield position.
If Newcastle and Everton really are keen, they should act quickly.
Why? Well, L’Equipe claim that OGC Nice are ready to offer €12 million (£10.5 million) for the teenager.
In that respect, the Magpies and the Toffees must ensure they don’t allow themselves to be beaten to his services by the Ligue 1 outfit.

Given his age and lack of experience, you may not know much about Sarr.
Thankfully, he sat down with FC Metz to undergo an interview, where he shared some bits about himself.
Speaking to their official website, Sarr revealed that he idolises Liverpool forward Sadio Mané, as well as Watford attacker Ismaila Sarr.

The FC Metz prodigy also said that his biggest asset is his speed. He also said that he enjoys dribbling with the ball.
Interestingly, Mundo Deportivo revealed that Barcelona have already made contact with Sarr, which tells you just how big a prospect he is.
Keep an eye on Sarr’s future ahead of the summer transfer window.
