Newcastle United, Everton, Arsenal and Manchester City are reportedly interested in Burnley’s Dwight McNeil.

It has been reported that City, Arsenal and Everton have watched McNeil in recent weeks, and now Newcastle have joined in the race for the 19-year-old midfielder – who’s current contract at Burnley runs until the summer of 2023, according to Transfermarkt.co.uk.
Talented prospect
McNeil has been in the Burnley first team only since last year, but the teenager has done enough in the Premier League to show just how he good he can be.

According to WhoScored, the England Under-20 international has made 16 starts and one substitute appearance in the Premier League for Burnley so far this season, scoring three goals and providing five assists in the process.
McNeil would be a brilliant long-term signing for Newcastle, Everton, Arsenal or Manchester City, but perhaps the teenager should stay at Burnley for the time being to continue his development and to play regularly under manager Sean Dyche.
