The young Villa star has been linked with a move away but could be set to instead commit his future to the club.
Young Aston Villa star Rushian Hepburn-Murphy will be offered a new three-year deal at the club, and the indication is that he will sign the contract rather than look to force a move away, according to the Birmingham Mail.
Hepburn-Murphy is one of the brightest young stars at Villa Park, having made his debut as a 16-year-old under Tim Sherwood.
However, he has found opportunities at the club limited since that bow in March 2015, despite the club’s struggles on the pitch and relegation to the Championship.

That had led to suggestions that he could look to engineer a move away from the club in search of more game time, with clubs such as Rangers reported to be interested in signing him either in January or next summer.
However, the Birmingham Mail report that Villa have already laid out a new three-year contract for the teenager, and are waiting to hear back as to whether he will sign it. The report suggests that all the indications are that Hepburn-Murphy will agree to stay.

The 18-year-old is currently featuring at a rate of one single substitute appearance per season for the club, but could potentially be in line for more game time in January as key senior attacking stars such as Jonathan Kodjia depart for the Africa Cup of Nations.
That prospect of further first-team action could be enough to persuade the youngster to commit his future to Villa; that, at least, is the hope at Villa Park.
