According to Calciomercato, Napoli have offered £18 million to sign West Ham United and Everton linked Cengiz Under from fellow Serie A side Roma.
The Turkey international has seemingly fallen out of favour in Rome.
Despite club legend Francesco Totti labelling Under a ‘complete player’, the talented attacker made just ten Serie A starts this past season, scoring three goals.

A report last month from AreaNapoli claimed his agent offered him to Premier League duo West Ham and Everton, with Roma seeking a fee in the region of £30 million.
Both the Hammers and the Toffees seemingly passed up the chance to sign him.
But now Under has another suitor in Napoli. Calciomercato say the Naples club have put an £18 million bid on the table, yet Roma are still seeking a higher fee.
Comfortable with both feet while capable of playing out wide or through the middle, Under, 23, has an abundance of talent but perhaps needs a fresh start elsewhere.
West Ham have a big summer ahead as David Moyes looks to shape his squad.
The Hammers found some form at the end of last season, scoring plenty of goals. This summer the club must instead look at another right-back and central midfielder.
Everton, however, struggled for creativity and they need to bring in quality out wide.
Carlo Ancelotti has ambitions of pushing for the top four. But, on current quality, the Toffees are nowhere near and it will take them several windows to get it right.
Under would be an ideal recruit for the Merseyside club. However, with limited finances, Ancelotti and Marcel Brands may have different targets in mind.
