Aston Villa will try to sell Mile Jedinak in the summer transfer window, according to The Sun.

It has been reported that Villa are planning a major overhaul in the summer and will try to move out Jedinak.

The Championship club will also be wiling to part company with Ross McCormack if they can find a club, according to the report.

“Aston Villa will try to move out Mile Jedinak at the end of the season as part of a major overhaul,” states the report in The Sun.

“Boss Steve Bruce is looking to sign several new faces but some big hitters and top earners will have to leave.

“The Australian midfielder came on Premier League money, but like Ross McCormack and others he will be culled if Villa can find a club to take them.”

Should Aston Villa sell Mile Jedinak and Ross McCormack?

McCormack’s future at Villa does look bleak. The 30-year-old striker is currently on loan at Championship rivals Nottingham Forest.

The former Leeds United star moved to the Villans only in the summer of 2016, but one should not be surprised if manager Steve Bruce decides to move him on at the end of the season.

Jedinak joined Villa in the summer of 2016 and has done a decent job. The 32-year-old Australia international midfielder is a very experienced footballer who has operated at centre-back for the Villans this season.
