Rangers players Bruno Alves, Fabio Cardoso, Eduardo Herrera and Dalcio are set to leave Ibrox in the January transfer window, according to The Scottish Sun.

It has also been reported that Rangers would consider offers for full-back Lee Hodson this month.

The report, though, has claimed that the Gers’ biggest problem will be finding clubs to sign the likes of 21-year-old winger Dalcio and 29-year-old forward Herrera.

The Scottish Sun has also reported that star defender Alves is attracting interest from clubs in his native Portugal.

Portuguese central defender Cardoso, who joined Rangers in the summer transfer window, has failed to make a huge impact at Ibrox so far this season.

It has also been reported by The Scottish Sun that 27-year-old midfielder Carlos Pena wants to return to Mexico, with Rangers claimed to be in talks with Cruz Azul over a transfer.

It seems that Rangers manager Graeme Murty, who will remain in charge of the Gers until the end of the season, has identified the players he needs to offload from his squad, and this is certainly a good sign in terms of him making his mark on the team.
